Wedding Price Guide 2010

At Traquair we pride ourselves on being able to provide a very personal service and every wedding here is a unique occasion. We are entirely flexible and can cater to most individual needs and requirements and are happy to discuss any request you may have.

Please be advised that all rates include a dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator to assist with you plans and preparations.

Individual quotations are strongly advised however, the following prices may be used as a guide.

Wedding Ceremony

Use of Traquair House or Chapel: £360.00
(To include floral decoration)

Outside ceremony: £250.00

Reception

Dining Room Hire: £150.00 per hour (up to 3 hours)

High Drawing Room Hire: £150.00 per hour (up to 3 hours)

Please note if you would like to extend your use of the High Drawing room there will be an additional cost of £100.00(extension available up to midnight).
Exclusive use of the House is included in the above rates.

Grounds receptions:
Marquee ground hire: £950.00
Marquee Hire: Please enquire.

Accommodation Suites

Double Occupancy Rate (B&B): £90.00 per person

Single Occupancy Rate (B&B): £100.00 per person

Please be advised, a complimentary bottle of  Cuvée Catherine is included in the rate for the Bride and Groom.

Please note all prices are inclusive of VAT

Bar & Drink

Please note that there is a minimum spend charge of £100.00 for a pay bar.

If you would prefer to supply your own wine corkage will apply:
£8.00 per 75cl bottle of wine.
£10.00 per 75cl bottle of champagne.
